[PHP 5.3.x] TextArea field saves only first character was created by ppapadatosgr

Hi everybody,

i have upgrade flexi content to the latest version...

but since then I cannot save any content in textarea fileds ...

The code removes all the characters after the first ...
Such i have said that the length in database is one char ...

Any ideas

flexicontent version ?
joomla version ?
=> description field ?
=> Flexicontent text area ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes of course

flexicontent version ? 3.2.1.7
joomla version ? 3.7.2
=> description field ?
=> Flexicontent text area ?

it happened both in core description field and in any new or old one Text Area fields...

you mean 3.8.2 for joomla ?
redo update like an installation
check your db with a repair action in phpmyadmin

first i have installed joomla 3.7.2 and 3.1.1 and everything works fine..

After that i have tried to upgrade both but i get error with text area ..

when i tried to upgrade only Joomla i get a save error from front end but in back end everything works fine ...

Hello

please upgrade website to J3.8.2 and FLEXIContent 3.2.1.7

and send me a PM with super admin access
also tell the name of the textarea field
and suggest a specific item to edit that shows the issue
