Add image Thumb to File Field was created by igcorreia

It would be nice to have a thumbnail in the File field.

I want to make a JORNAL's site and It is all about downloads but I can't have an image in that field.

There has been changes to filemanager and fileelement for the folder mode & gallery mode of image field, so to add this is trivial, i ll include it with the other updates

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Added this in r1510

and also

Added a powerful folder mode to the fileselement view, this can be used by the new multi-value image or image gallery field
