SQL and CHECKBOX was created by igcorreia

Please consider adding the SQL field to the checkbox plugin.

Can't belive I never need this until today.

PS: this request comes from a client using J1.5 in FLEXIcontent version 1.5.6 beta2 (r948)

Code of all indexable field is now unified in most of its parts,

So i ll add parameters:
trigger content plugins, remove space, field open Text, field closing Text, SQL mode
to fields:
radio, radioimage, checkbox and checkboximage

and value prefix, value postfix to checkbox, checkboximage only

To test this now:

1. add the parameter to checkbox.xml file:

	<option value="0">FLEXI_NO</option>
	<option value="1">FLEXI_YES</option>

to checkboximage.xml

2. Just now you need to add one more column to SELECT SQL statement the 'image' column which is the image file!!:

-- So enable the new parameter and in "field elements" textarea enter:
SELECT col1 AS value, col2 AS text, col3 AS image FROM myDBtbl
