je voudrais savoir si il est possible de construire une administration "backend" simplifiée pour les utilisateur finaux et si oui comment.

Yes very ... with Flexiaccess you can define which Joomla backend functions are available to every user group or user.

And also do a lot more, only be careful configuring it.

Login to this site and at the footer menu click "memberships", complete the membership.

And then at the top menu Goto download /FlexiAccess ...

sans savoir ce que tu veus faire .... difficile ....
sinon créer ton propre template d'admin

par exemple je voudrais créer un formulaire pour permettre à un utilisateur de gérer les menus de façon simple ; l'expérience montre que peu de paramètres sont nécessaires dans la plupart des cas; ce que je veux, c'est simplifier les menus et les écrans d'administration backend pour permettre à des utilisateurs finaux de gérer certains aspects de l'administration backend; en l'état, par expérience c'est trop compliqué pour eux.

Si la réponse est faire un template d'administration, cela veut dire que flexicontent ne sait pas faire donc je cherche une autre solution. ( Flexicontent peut être un formidable produit par ailleurs)

For limiting the displayed of options on the menu and limiting access, you can use FlexiAccess, but for completely restructuring the menu and altering texts, you will need to do yourself.

I think you will still need FlexiAccess or some similar component to do the first.

This post is interresting because I would like to simplify the item backend submission form in order to show only the very usefull fields (not the "created by", "alias", "tag", ... in a very minimal form.

Is this possible with Flexiaccess ?

And is it possible to link to Flexicontent backend forms ("new item", ...), directly from the main Joomla backend pannel ?

1. You can use the FLEXIaccess permission 'versioning', and/or 'can use tags' to make backend form more simple

2 Also, thanks to the new item model, if you remove some parameters from backend form, there will be no problems, since the will either get a default value or maintain their existing value

So if and only if only if you are a Joomla developer you can:

For this purpose copy
view/item/tmpl/default.php
to e.g.
view/item/tmpl/minimal.php

and modify it,

also possibly you could copy
view/item/view.html.php
to
view/item/view.minhtml.php
