Je me heurte exactement au même problème...
Les Tags n'ont guère d'utilité s'ils ne peuvent être exploités par le moteur de recherche. Bon ok on peut les exploiter via les menus mais bon....

mais une nouvelle version de flexicontent devrait arriver d'ici peut !
