Change the hover over the favorites button was created by swimminginthoughts
Is there a way to add a background to the tool-tip that pops up when you hover over the favorites button?

The text in the tooltip is hard to read against my template.

The tool-tip background color is from your template.
Check your template CSS file.
Look for a class called .tool-tip
Change the background color.
