Using Download Managers?

Hi,
I've just got a problem with downloading FC's files. Does it support download manager for managing download, capability of pause and resume downloads? It seems it doesn't. Is it right or the problem is just mine? Is there anyway to get it right?

No no, I've already uploaded files in file manager. the question is about downloading them from the site.

So do you I should suggest it in Developer's area? I think it's a necessary feature.

It's not actually. In fact when you apply for the file, the download manager gets the link and the browser is no object. Of course the browser and the download manager should be compatible but again you can get the link to download manager manually. When you apply for downloading the file, it starts to download but it says resume is not supported.
