Show only one image next to the first article

Hi,
I am using AiDaNews and I wanted to know, if it is possible to show one (article) image next to the first article listed and then just show the rest of the articles list without images.

For example:
1. Article image | Article title with intro text
2. Article title with intro text
3. Article title with intro text
4. Article title with intro text
...

I hope this was understandable

i can do it with template blo categorie
extract image on first item and not on other .. simply
(right panel in category administration)

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
