Need help

I'm preparin a site the way that registered users could submit content to many sections/categories. The form for submitting content should look like this:

1. Title input
2. Picture upload (picture must have 2 sizes, thumb should be cropped, article picture for article view should be resized(size for thumb an resized picture must be settable in the beckend))
3. Text (description) input field
4. Link input field
5. Tag input field

Submitted article should "behave" like this:

- when you click on title or read more you are forarded to article view (check www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates ... teline_iv/ for demo as the site is set on Joomlart JATeline IV template)

- in article view if you click either the picture or inputted tag you are redirected to the provided (inputed link in Link input field) link (link is not visible in any view)

Site for implementation is set on Joomlart JATeline IV template for first impression on what would I like to achieve.

For anybody with FlexiContent knowlege who could offer me help I'm willing to pay a contribution because I'm very bad at CKK inplementation.
