Embeeding video and adding files

how I can embed a youtube video in an article from flexicontent form, and can be seen on the same page?
that type of field can I use?
or can you create a new tipe please?

I can to upload a pdf or word or others files of my computer to a form flexicontent?

Install a video embeding plugin, i will give an example with allvideos joomla plugin

1. Install all-videos joomla plugin and enable it
2. Create a text field
3. Set parameters like this, to create a 600x450 with autoplay enabled:
note we want to create a final plugin code like this:
{youtube}youtubeid|width|height|autoplay{/youtube}
[attachment=0:1fqg7xjk]<!-- ia0 -->all-videos-youtube.jpg<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:1fqg7xjk]


4. Put field new field in a position of the item layout of your template.

5. Edit an item and tο embed this video

6. view the item in the frontend

FOR STEP 3 be careful , every time you save field you must add AGAIN the slashes, so:

|600|450|1{/youtube} must be changed to \|600\|450\|1{/youtube} before clicking save for the field

file field only allows me to take files of the website, but not of my computer

The user must belong to a group , which group must be give permission to upload files.

Goto the Configuration of FLEXIcontent and try giving permission to the group.

The video loaded!, but do not allow multiple values, that generates an error, I need select NO allow multiple values

PD: I can't charge the file since my computer, I change permisions but the window pop up only shows add of url

About uploading file you need to give the "upload file" permission to the user group of your user
e.g. if the user belongs to the "author" user group you need to give this permission to the "author" user group.

About multiple values for video plugin, you could try another joomla video plugin, now you know how to make it work, of course you will need to enter the format of the other video plugin, in the field parameters
