Filter by menu

Hello ..

I work at a new site, and I have many filters on this project.
On one page, you enter, and there is a menu with the states (for example). This menu corresponds to a filter, have the same names, and when I load a menu of a state, wanted him to do right by the filter condition.

I tried to do so without sef, and resulted, but I'll use sef in the final draft, and without being so it does not work.
Basically, I added the & filter_ **= 1 (for example), the link without sef active, but after enabling sef, the link is not generated, leaving the index.php? ...

I found the soluction. On the menu, we have the extended query, i add the value fiel_** = 1, and it works.

One more question, about PDF generator on article, the fields not show, only the title and description?

You mean the new version has broken this? please give details how it was before and what is broken in the new version

Do not know if it worked before, just was making a point, because I tried this time and showed only two fields of 7 or 8 that I have.

I'm referring to the icons at the top of the article (PDF, Print and Email). The PDF only shows the title and item description.

I have never changed the default code of pdf, but i will take a look at it, e.g. in RSS feeds only title and description are used, and i have added support of an image per item too, but have not commited yet this ...

manu didn't have include pdf genration for field .. a performance problem ... and in joomla 1.7 this feature is killed ...
