Tabber and flexicontent fields

Hello,

Does tabber works with all Flexicontent fields ?

I saw a post of Micker that says from a text field we can add tabber button and it works but how to add other fields (email, gallery ...)?

Where do you want to use tabs?
in the item edit form or when viewing the item?

You want to create group fields in the item edit form that these groups appear as tabs ??? This feature is not yet available, it is mostly implemented and will be available in v1.5.7 / v2.1

Well I want to group fields mostly in front view. I we can group them from edit view it's wonderful !!

Actually I've got it using a custom template from Orchid One Software Studio LLC but I wanted to use tabber that's better.

It is too late to add tabbing for v1.5.6 / v2.0 for item edit form and for frontend item view.

It will be in next version

mmm, after talking with Emmanuel maybe we will add in this release, since code already exists inside the item form layout ...

2 parameters will be added in each Fields:

a. "Group Name"
b. Use Tabs or Form fieldsets for grouping the content

In backend:
a. Set Group names for fields
b. you filter by type
c. you order your fields in such a way that the fields with same group name are consecutive
