Category Layout -> Use Global - where is setting?

Category Layout -> Use Global - where is setting? was created by kenmcd

In Categories > Parameters standard
the default setting for Category layout
is Use global.

I cannot find anywhere to set this global default for Category layout.
Please advise.

Hi Ken,
You're right there's none and there won't be any till I create a specific configuration view (instead of using the com_config from joomla)

I'll modify that in the stable release, thanks for the feedback.

You may expect more of such questions.
When documenting the details, one has to know the details.
Thanks for the info.

I was trying to finish this sentence:
Category layouts may be assigned as the categories global default (see ...
And I got stuck.

Looking forward to the "stable" release.
