Make voting not possible was created by Linuus

Hi!

I'd like to have a vote field that the users can SEE but not vote. Only "Special" should be able to vote. I want to use it to grade reviews.

Possible?

You could try to set "special" access level to the voting field but normal user won't see the score.

Yes, I tried that, but as you say the users can't see the result then.

I want me, as admin, to be able to set a vote and users may see it. But not vote themselves

You could try creating a text or image field yourself so that it can only be edited in the item creation form... But I dunno if it would help, as you probably wouldn't be able to order items by rating then.
