Hello,
I have 2 flexocontent installed on 2 differents sites.
I do not have the same behavior on url.

One site (site1) provide url like domain.com/alias-menu/alias-cat1/alias-cat2/etc..../id-item-name.
That behavior seems ok for me.

The other site i have urls like this : domain.com/menu-alias/cat1-menu-alias/cat2-alias/item/id-item-name.

I do not understand why we have the 'item' on each url.

On site 1 i do not have imported all content. On site2 100% of the content have been imported.

On site 1 either existing content either new content have the same url structure without "item" included and on site2, idem but with "item" included.

Does it mean that i will have to manage the items to redirect all my content or there is a way to avoid this extra work ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

You have not mentioned the version that you use

Sorru another time : I have imported all joomla content on all my site.
One have url with "item' included, the other not.

We have also notices that items can be accessible with 2 urls :
domain.com/cat1-menu-alias/cat2-menu-alias/ID-itam-name AND
domain.com/cat1-menu-alias/cat2-menu-alias/ID

So I suspect some trouble with google if we do not take attention of this. Maybe solve with canonical key on item settings.

It is normal that both URLs work,
-- but usually the second type of URLs (that do not have the item alias) should not be created

Where are the URLs without the item alias created?
domain.com/cat1-menu-alias/cat2-menu-alias/ID

I mean in FLEXIcontent category views?
in FLEXIcontent favourites/tags view?
in FLEXIcontent universal module?
where?

Hello,
Our items are flexicontent categories based.
For us, do not have item included will be better to
avoid url redirection when migrating from com_content to flexicontent. Apparently it is possible to have url (flexicontent) that fit the com_content one.

Do you mean that every flexicontent installation add 'item' on each url by default ? If yes, could we avoid it ?
