When Im in the back end in FILES there is no indication where the file is stored. How do I know it is in my public folder or in the secured one?
Cheers

mmm, there is no column in the files manager list

Please use the filter above the list to select "secure" or "media" files

A note:
We still have plans for using media files (in image/minigallery) without entering them into the file manager.

Most likely the image field will be modified and the minigallery will not be modified but instead a new field will be created

Regards

Indeed, I missed that filter. Thanks! Just for convenience a column as indicator would be great.

mmm, yes like we added the template column to the categories and items list (there it was a even more practical because we do not have the 'template' filter)

since, this is only a little more work will do this

about file manager
note that
-- "secure" folder is mainly meant for 'document' files
-- "media" folder is meant for reusable media files, e.g. adding some indication icons to multiple items, this is what i have in mind with reusable

The recurrent way of using the "media" folder for also entering images used only once in an item is a little inappropriate, but it is ok if we have multiple authors with only a few items
