"mod_articles_categories" categories URL not turn to FC

I had enable "FLEXIcontent advanced route"
But when I use the joomla default modules "Module Articles Category" and "Module Articles Categories" with categories link.
But the url is still use com_content not the com_flexicontent.

BTW (I know this is joomla problem not FC)
why that I only enable a module is only show on front page,but the home page item id always in the module content link. So the Link will show any modules in the front page to the target page from front page.

Please note that "Module Articles Category" and "Module Articles Categories" will always create links to com_content.

We cannot hack into those files, and doing a global replacement in these links may also lead to problems,

-- instead the approach is that these are redirected to flexicontent when you click on them

-- Also whenever possible avoid using these and use FLEXIcontent module instead

I need a modules like "FLEXI Category Tree"
but it not support for joolma2.5
I try the flexicontent module but it show content item not the category.

Yes this module needs updating for FLEXIcontent v2.0 (J2.5), currently i don't have time to update it.

Has anyone updated this module for FC v2.0 (J2.5)?

Ok J2.5 has tree structure built-in , so a standard J2.5 module can be used, but it would be lacking FLEXIcontent SEF category links, it would have com_content SEF links, i guess this is OK.
