How to list all FC categories and subcategories in module?

I want to list all categories and subcategories in a module and highlight the current category to get a kind of dynamic menu.
I tried to use the joomla-module mod_articles_categories.
It shows correctly the categories, but the link leads to a 404-error.
In addition there is a notice: "Notice: Undefined index: id in /Users/xx/xxxx/xxxxxx/components/com_content/router.php on line 48"

Is there a way to do this only with the fc-components and modules?

The joomla core module results into this?

Do you use SEF? standard SEF or other?
The category links is redirected to FLEXIcontent category view, and gives this error? if yes i would like to view it

Do you have this online to view it?

This happens only if I activate standard Joomla SEF in Global Configuration (SEO Settings). If I set "Search Engine Friendly URLs" to "No" it works, but I get the joomla own com_content view, instead of the com_flexicontent view. Here are the two links: the first is the correct one (retrieved from a subcategory link of a flexicontent category view)
"/index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=category&cid=9:marketingplanung&Itemid=117&lang=de"

The second is from the joomla standard category module:
"/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=9&lang=de"

Sorry, I don't have this online to show it.

When you make an online copy,
post back here with the link, and then i ll ask you for a PM

NOTE: you can use FLEXIcontent module to list informations category information
- enable parameter: apply configuration per category
- set number of item to zero
- use the category SCOPE to select categories
- configure which category data will get printed

We are always looking into improving compatibility, and identifying bugs (if this is a bug) or even if it is not we may need to make a needed improvement, or gain knowledge to suggest solutions and proper ways ...

Hello,
I tried your advice and applied "configuration per category", setted the count of all items and feature items to "0" and chose the static category scope.

But setting the number of items to "0", didn't prevent the showing of the items.
I have a parent-category "project" and sub-categories "project a", "project b", "project c", etc.
I only want to show these category as links in the module, without any items. (if possible, cascaded and with the current category highlighted)
My items are only in the sub-categories. Not in the parent category "project". I tried a lot of things, no one worked.
It always shows the category "project", followed by all items retrieved from the subcategories, then followed by the subcategories themself, each with the link to the items of this category. ("more category items")

It would be nice, if i could only select the parent category in scope-slide without to separatly selecting the sub-categories, because they are changing often and I don't want to select them with each change again.

Is this possible with your universal flexicontent module?

- the items appear, aaa, yes, you have r1420? it has a bug and thus the items appear ... i have fixed this, please wait i ll make v2.0a soon, or better i will release a patched public revision tomorrow.

- about include subcategories in CATEGORIES Scope, there is a parameter for it, just select the top level categories and select to include children categories

or you were asking somethng
