repeat social share buttons

Hello!
I have a problem, in articles within flexicontent repeated social networking buttons. I am using the plugin "Social Share Buttons". What I can do? Only happens with flexicontent articles, with no joomla.

Is it repeated twice? or is it more times?

Some plugin are set to put text via the some content Events:

onAfterDisplayTitle
onBeforeDisplayContent
onAfterDisplayContent

FLEXIcontent will place the generated HTML in appropriate places

If you also trigger the plugin via a FLEXIcontent field then you may have duplicate results

Please post an online URL to a FLEXIcontent item

2 of your FLEXIcontent fields trigger the OnPreparecontent Event of this plugin, so get these buttons twice,

some social plugins allow you to select to add their HTML via a different event

go to your plugin and see if you have an option to one of these events instead of OnPreparecontent

onAfterDisplayTitle
onBeforeDisplayContent
onAfterDisplayContent

There is not that option

Maybe you should use another plugin? Do you know any that integrates well with flexicontent?

OK it was what i suspected,

this is an issue known to us

once a Joomla Content plugin is loaded, it cannot be unloaded,

You see the Joomla content plugins were created to be called all of them not selectively.

In more details this is happening

1. Your FLEXIcontent field Redes sociales #51
-- loads and trigger the SOCIAL BUTTONS content plugin

2. then your FLEXIcontent field Archivo adjunto #52
-- loads and triggers PHOCADOWNLOAD content plugin, BUT the SOCIAL BUTTONS content plugin, is already loaded so it is triggered again.

I have an idea on how to implement REAL selective content plugin triggering, will see if i can make it work.

Also you should update to latest FLEXIcontent RC8

I have added -real- selective content plugin triggering to J2.5 and testing for J1.5, will be in next public package
