Can I use FlexiContent For...

Hello,

I would like to develop a training booking catalogue and booking pages for my existing Joomla web site.

There would be a couple of easily accessible pages with drop down filters that would then list the appropriate courses for a location. The user would then click a button which would take them to a booking form, pre filled with the relevant previous page.

I have more detail on how I want it to work, but am initially interested if this tool is something that I could use myself to develop it, or have someone do it for me?
