using flexicontent module tooltip was created by hossam abohassan

hi
there is an option in the flexicontent module
called Add mootools tooltips
i activate it and no change happens

This is just forces the loading of the JS file that is need by Tooltips:

if ($add_tooltips) JHTML::_('behavior.tooltip');

Note that many other extensions in your page may have loaded the js file already,

Unless this file is loaded, then e.g. tool-tip in favourites icon will not work, etc
