Missing plugins for textarea field

Is there a way to manually load a plugin it FC component apart of field settings?
The sh404sef similarurls plugin is not loading in flexi items and there is no option to enable in description field settings.
The component is creating dynamic 404 page and the plugin should load similar urls in case of error page.

i suspect that making these work with FLEXIcontent will be little to medium work for SH404SEF developer.

Actually it looks just like a content plugin but is not located in /plugins/content .

System plugin or any plugin can also use and replace such tags.

The plugin you describe is not a plugin of type 'content' so FLEXIcontent does not trigger it,

that is why i say to contact the author of the SH404SEF
