Tell me, please. I have a field "select" in articals and in this field is the parameters.

question: how to display articles with specific values in these fields "select"?

Display the where?
in frontend category view ?
you want to create a menu item that lists them ?

category view has filters, you can create a menu item of category type and set a permanent filter in the menu configuration (menu item 'Basic Parameters'),
there you should enter for select field with name 'country' e.g.:

country##fr

Joomla version 1.5 has an option? something I can not find the SETUP menu options: (

I want to show articles from a menu item from a category using the fields, such as the Country. I deduce all the articles where country = Russia

a yes , latest public build is r1601 and this was added in r1602, please wait for next public package

There is a lot more to it than persistent filters via menu, latest rev is r1628
