Editor in "textarea" was created by ldps

Good day!
My version is r1601 and in the field "textarea" does not load the TinyMCE. it must somehow cleverly enable?

This is a bug because for JCE, we tried to disable "Read-more" and "Page-Break" in textareas but the method broke tinymce support

In recent revisions this is fixed, plus there are 2 parameters (for textarea and description field)
- Toggle editor buttons ON/OFF
- (JCE only) Disable specific buttons only
