Prohibit language select

how i can prohibit users from changing existing language properies like item language and original content of translation (hide the language select box)

You can do this for frontend form only:

-- there is a configuration parameter (Global in item form parameters)
-- and also you can override this parameter per Content Type e.g. disabling changing language for some Content Types

i tried to uncheck the two options

Original translated content

in global config,in Content Type its use global
and no change the language select box still appear
