Where I can change "Read more about" text? In category view items.

That phrase should be in your language file.
The English version is in the install package here:
com_flexicontent\site\language\en-GB.com_flexicontent.ini
Line 86 - FLEXI_READ_MORE_ABOUT="Read more about"

There should be a corresponding key in your language file.
Add it if not there.
