Field Shown to Item Owner Only

Hi Guys,

I have a small issue and I do not know if it is possible to realize this, but still, some more professional advice is welcome.

We are developing a real estate classified website with FC, our own website, one of our customers who advertise on our website is willing to have some fields that only him can see it, the customer is a real estate agent registered on our website and is advertising his properties, he wants to add the contact details of the real owners of these properties, so, we can create fields where he will add such contact details, but how to make it possible that only him, as the owner of the item can see these contact details and other users/advertisers on the website cannot see these fields?

We have created many type of access level to give access to some parts/menus on the website, the estate agent is grouped in the Property Manager user group, if I set the access of this group to 'Property Manager', this means that all other users having the same user group, in this case the 'Property Manager' group will be able to see these information, as a question of competition, estate agents will provide the contact details of their customers to other competitors!

If there was a possibility to create a user group and named it as 'Author' from the default Joomla ACL features, then this will do it so that only the author of the article can see these fields, is it possible to have an author viewing group in Joomla ACL that can do this work?
