[Solved] How to hide the author name in search result?

Hi!

I' facing a problem in flexicontent result : some fields i don't want are displayed, enven if they aren't searchable... one example : result n°8 :

8. AGS cotisation à la baisse au 1er avril 2011
Date de création: mercredi 30 mars 2011
AGS cotisation à la baisse au 1er avril 2011 | 2011-03 | admine admine | Circulaire | Social | Le conseil d'administration de l’Association pour la gestion du régime de garantie des créances des salariés ...
Catégorie(s) Social

line 1,2 and last line are ok, i want them. But concerning the line 3 (the result himself), the name of the item, the date, the autohr and the categories are displayed before the beginning of the content...

hat should i do to hide them? is it in the menu link? in the type of document.???

These are displayed by the search view:

1.Searchable text with highlighted words

2. Author and creation date (the you can disable in menu item configuration, is the parameter for not showing Author ignored ????)

3. Other custom fields can be included in the list via a parameter in the menu item configuration

Thanks for your answer... i must be on bad mood, but i didn't find the parameters... when you wrote "search view", are you talking about the menu item parameters? I can't see "searchable text" nore "author" parameters...

Here are my search item parameters..., thanks for your help!

1 create a link to search view on hidden menu
2 check option for display
3 note id of link
4 open your search module and refere id link
now all option select in link was display on search page

OK, so author is not printed then.

Maybe you see author inside the searchable text , because you have made author field to "text search" field ?

Hi and thank you for your answers. I find my problem : after removing the author (for exemple) as searchable, the index clean function didn't work because of a caching problem i suppose. All is ok no for the displaying.
