Hi!

After upgrading to last release of flexicontent, the nice aspect of the result in css :

div.flexicontent.search fieldset.fc_search_result.odd {
background-color: #F7F7F7; }
div.flexicontent.search fieldset.fc_search_result.even {
background-color: #F0F0F0; }
div.flexicontent.search fieldset.fc_search_result:hover {background-color: #E0E0E0 ! important; border: 1px dashed gray; }

has been lost, has the structure is no more with div, but with <dl> and <dt>...

Is there a way to switch back to old good view?

Thanks a lot!

You speak of J2.5 version ?

-- If so , please note the change was necessary so that CSS of your Joomla template will be applied !

There might be some redundant CSS rules in our core CSS

-- In short the tag names must stay like that if you want you can suggest some CSS rules, but tag names in result list and e.g. tag names and class names in pagination cannot be change , otherwise the CSS styling of various Joomla templates will not be applied

Regards

Thank for your answer... yes i use Joomla 2.5 (the update was only on the last flexicontent version).

I'm not sure understanding right : is there a way to clearly separate with css the results, as they aren't include in a different div for each result?

(now, we have : <dd class="result-title fc_search_result_title">
<dd class="result-created fc_search_result_date">
<div class="fcclear"></div>
<dd class="result-text fc_search_result_text">
<div class="fcclear"></div>
<dd class="fc_search_result_fields">
<dd class="result-title fc_search_result_title">
<dd class="result-created fc_search_result_date">
<div class="fcclear"></div>
<dd class="result-text fc_search_result_text">
<div class="fcclear"></div>

before, it was :

<fieldset class="fc_search_result even">
<fieldset class="fc_search_result odd">
<fieldset class="fc_search_result even">
<fieldset class="fc_search_result odd">
)

Thanks for your answer...

Well, while using dd, and dt there are CSS classes available too did you check them?

Just it is somewhat more difficult to control output with them, so we will avoid using them for now.

The idea is to provide HTML and CSS classes that match Joomla's for reason of being able to take advantage of Joomla Template CSS

Anyway styling when having proper classes what HTML tags you have is easy (the very difficult part , the functionality is done and that is important)

And as i said v2.0.1 (tomorrow ?) will have only bug-fixes and the change back to <divs>
