I install Flexicontent r1648 and it works !
Thanks.

However, when I go to the control panel of Flexicontent, I have to Cleanup template files, but when I click on "update" it doesn't work, so I can't access the control panel. :?
All others Post installation is right, but not Cleanup template files.
Flexicontent 4.1.0b1
Joomla 3.9.18

This post-installation task is meant for the real old v1.5.2 and maybe we should disabled it, as people should be allowed to add custom "VIEW" template files inside FLEXIcontent folders , please send me a PM with admin login, and i ll fix this, possible adding this fix to the CORE too

One of the files was not updated !!
administrator/com_flexicontent/models/flexicontent.php

and this is strange, there could be other files not updated too

if there are, this can lead to errors or unspecified behavior

I don't see a reason for this, i recommend that you reinstall v2.0.0 (r1648)

(WITHOUT uninstalling or you data will be deleted)

There is a problem with phpthumb cache :

I can access to the admin panel of Flexicontent, I have no longer the "post installation" task to update (surely due to you intervention :) )
All seems good except the plugin - Image / Image Gallery -.
I can't upload an image, certainly due to this phpthumb cache error during installation. :?

I don't know if I have to create another topic for my plugin images problem.
If you have an idea... :oops:

The image gallery uses a different folder than phpThumb cache folder, to create thumbnails, these thumbnails never expire,

the phpThumb cache folder is only for "on-demand" thumbnails which expire after
30 Days or when max cache-size is reached or max number of thumbnails is reached


So all 3 problems are related to different folders, but all problems is due to the fact that apache doesnot have permissions to write to these folders

Make sure your server is running PHP in SU-exec mode, contact your web-host administrator, to ask him to do exactly this, or examine for why this permissions issue exists
