Still have 2 questions.
1) Which is better to create a single material in the menu: Flexicontent article or either native Joomla? Or no difference?
2) Complete it:

To prevent one (or more) of these categories from appear in the pathway, e.g. to prevent top level category, go to FLEXIcontent Advanced Route (system) Plugin and select to exclude it from appearing in the pathway.

But still duplicated article in breadcrumbs (this article, not category). What is thought? Thx in advance.

i guess one is the title of the menu item
and the other is the title of the FLEXIcontent article,

there is a parameter in menu item, not to append the FLEXIcontent item title to the breadcrumb
