Set of fields being repeated as many times as needed

While creating the form i had to create something like this-
this is some text on the first line
-written by someone
this is some text on the second line
-written by someoneelse
.....

These alternate lines of text must have different css styles assigned.
I tried to accomplish by using the "textselect" but i require two text select fields to be repeated not just one.

why you didn't use 2 select field ?

I would like know if i can create sets of textselects instead of just one

textselect1
textselect2
{group}

when the user presses add value

the whole group of text selects is repeated. it would be cool if the group could include other fields too which can be replicated as a group. Easier to enter data in sets.

Its not exist actualy maybe in futur
