create fields whose values appear in tables was created by boniaditya

I would like to create fields whose values are taken and then put in specific column of a table.
or for simplicity sake side by side in columns

value1 - value 2
value3 - value 4

you need to create your template ...
search on french part of tutorial to find an article about how to create a template table
