Hello,

I have an item with a field containing related items.

Is it possible to display the list of the related items (of the current one) in another module?

You can do that with the "Universal Content Module for FLEXIcontent" installed with the component. In Filtering Scope there is "Item scope" and you can set it to use relations field to display items
