not possible without hacking the file
pluginname.php of each flexicontent field

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.

You know what? Flexicontent is the most amazing CCK. It is intuitive, feature-rich, flexible and has more features than K2, Moset, Sobi all put together.
