Is right the change in to flexicontent.fields.php?

yes

in file :
components/com_flexicontent/classes/flexicontent.fields.php
- for v2.0.3 beta (restore original just to make sure)
- replace lines 561-567 (the if-elseif-else statement) with:

Hi,
I've tried to upload the file modified as you wrote, but I've a error as follow:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting T_FUNCTION in /home/conca/public_html/components/com_flexicontent/classes/flexicontent.fields.php on line 574
As you can see in he attached file sent to George gmail address,there are syntax errors on lines 574 - 582 - 619 ....
In any case my PHP knowledge is very poor so before do disasters I prefer to bring to your attention.

Hello,
instead, just update to v2.0.3 beta2 r1686 which has all implemented fixes.

v2.0.3 beta2 should be stable for production site,
but it might break/change some CSS styling in item form
