Hide items form specific categories from search

Hi, I have built a reference list on our page. The reference information is only the logo of the customer. Every logo is actually an article: www.muenstermann.com/en/overview/references.html

The article with the logo itself should not be visible in items view. Only in category view. Here's the question
a) How do I prevent that an article from type "references" is showing at all in items views
b) If this is not possible, how can I make sure that an article from type "references" is not found in the search?

Search for "allgaier", click the first result and you will see what I mean.

The item is show another item ? , i mean item view only list current item not another item or you mean something else?

We have similar things but not this,
i guess it makes sense, just it is possible to select this in search menu item ... but search view now lacks a global configuration , we need to add a global configuration

No. The items are not supposed to be visible as items, only in category view. This is working fine. Just disabling title linking, but search finds the articles and links to them...
