fields in the tooltip

is that possible to show fields inside the tool-tip of the image in the category or for the universal module?

You can use a custom FC template and modify the category_items.php to meet your needs,

fields display (e.g. for a field called 'field19') is available via
$items[$i]->fields->display

just drag and drop the field inside the "render-only" position

About tool-tip code use some Joomla SYSTEM plugin or if you use a CONTENT plugin then you must trigger it manually code is available here (just use the code of your plugin):

This is not a task of little difficult because of the above information , but it is up to you to do it / try it
