Shawn Langdon (Top Fuel), Vincent Nobile (Pro Stock) and Hector Arana Jr. (Pro Stock Motorcycle) also were winners of the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series event, the 15th of 24 in the 2013 season.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>Capps powered his NAPA Auto Parts Dodge Charger to his fourth win at the scenic Bay Area track with a holeshot performance of 4.085 seconds at 307.79 mph to hold off the Castrol GTX Ford Mustang of 15-time world champion John Force in the final round. It marked the 40th career win for the California native. </div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>\"You're not just racing any car in the final -- you're racing John Force,” said Capps, who has won at Sonoma Raceway three of the last four seasons. “It can be intimidating to a lot of people.\"</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>\"This place has a lot of great memories,” he added. \"We have a big NAPA presence here and were the only Don Schumacher Racing car in the final. No pressure, right? I try to stay humble. I have a lot of great people behind me to keep me focused. I think we can accomplish that goal of getting to the top.”</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>Capps outran Del Worsham, Jeff Arend, and Courtney Force to reach the final round. Racing Morgan was pretty cool because we grew up together and went to high school together. A lot of memories racing with friends.”</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>With the win, his first at Sonoma, Langdon extends his series points lead to 102 over second place Spencer Massey. Langdon outran Houston winner Bob Vandergriff, veteran Doug Kalitta and defending world champion Antron Brown to advance to the final round.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>In Pro Stock, Nobile and his Mountain View Tire Dodge Avenger team picked up their second win of the season. That's a helpless feeling. Jeg is someone I've always looked up to when I was little. He is still one of the best, if not the best driver out here.\"</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>The victory is Nobile's second of the season and seventh of his career, moving him to fifth in points. Not anymore.”</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>Arana Jr. beat Scotty Pollacheck, Jerry Savoie and Katie Sullivan to reach the final round. Lewis Hamilton's victory in the Hungarian Grand Prix has set up the prospect of a thrilling contest over the second half of the season, especially if Mercedes can keep up its qualifying dominance.

When asked if he believed there was a genuine fight for the championship now, Red Bull boss Christian Horner said: \"I don't think it has ever been off. Mercedes from the second race have been very, very quick and that is still the case here.

\n

\"We have seen different races, and different cars emerging at front of field, whether it was Kimi [Raikkonen] in Germany, Lewis here or Nico [Rosberg] at Silverstone. We are set for an intense fight in second half of year. We have to keep maintaining our consistency, no matter who the opposition is.\"</p>\n<p>Horner says that Sebastian Vettel's hopes of challenging Hamilton for the Hungarian GP win were wrecked by him losing time behind Jenson Button and then damage to his front wing.</p>\n<p>\"It was a great race for the fans but it was a tough race for us,\" said Horner. \"The damage Sebastian sustained in trying to go past Jenson after the first stop, obviously compromised his race quite badly. So to have salvaged a podium out of it was a very, very strong result.</p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" align=\"left\" src=\" cdn.images.autosport.com/editorial/1375098451.jpg\ " style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;\" />\"Lewis has always been extremely strong around here, and that is his fourth victory here, which is a tremendous score rate.

\"The damage was effectively done in qualifying and I think we could have given him a harder time in the race if we had cleared Jenson [Button] early. We didn't and he [Lewis] thoroughly deserved the win, and was able to control the pace.</p>\n<p>\"Once we were stuck behind Jenson that took quite a bit of pressure off. That was a shame for us and good for him, but I am still very pleased we got some decent points out of it.\"</p>",
