Hello,

this should be fixed in FLEXIcontent v2.1.0 r1720,

code.google.com/p/flexicontent/downloads/list

after installing please goto backend Search indexes and click to recreate both basic and advanced search index

Hello

Yes, by not modifying FLEXIcontent css files and language files !!
    1.
For CSS
-- place your CSS changes in a site customization file: (copy only the rules that you need into the customization file) READ BELOW

How to customize CSS styles of FLEXIcontent

2. For language
-- Use Joomla's (J2.5+) language overrides manager to make customization of language strings

... so move your changes there (into the FLEXIcontent customization CSS file, and into the Joomla language manager) then upgrade (please initially test without any CSS changes !!!)
    **
NOTE 1: **
your customization MAY break the new CSS version, temporarily disable all your CSS for the purpose of testing

** NOTE 2: **
we will never support installations that can not be updated, not even developer selling 100% commercial web software support that (they require that you upgrade to the patched/fixed newer version)

... and we will not support installations that can not be updated even when/if we start selling support subscriptions[/u]

Regards
