does not display editor

Hi there, this is a odd recent occurrence:
Joomla backend opens up fine, you can do what ever you need to do, except for this activity.

Go to article manager and create a new article, the window spans and all the tabs work fine except for the editor one. The window and all of the items display EXCEPT for the actual editor tool. I attached a pic.

Then if you hit the reload icon or the back button, you get an error message tht says the page is not available and you lose all access to the backend. If you open a different browser you will see that the you will be still signed in.

Any suggestions?

why if you click the cancel button, instead of the browser "Back" then do you get the error?

about the editor not showing there are a couple of things to check:

1. Goto description field and check that HTML editor is set to show,
then goto the Content Type FLEXIcontent manager and edit the Content "Article" , in settings for "description" field, is the HTML editor set to be used?

2. Also in JCE settings check the profile that is set to be used for the user-group of the current user ...

sometimes it's a cache problem
1 clean your cache site (expired and page)
2 clean your cache browser
3 deconnect and connect to your site

Clearing the cache use to correct the problem, but now it does no good

I chekced the settgins as suggested and all looks well there, I am attaching a screen shot for reference.

Any other suggestions?
