Hi,

I have a photography friend, and they want a restricted area on their site. So - the buyer can login and view only their photos on their page.

I understand with Joomla I can set up a user group access level (ACL) - but is it possible to do it for each individual user?

If their are 500 clients that's a lots of ACCESS Levels.

Is there a away around this with FLEXIcontent?

Thanks,

Robert

Hello

this is very much possible in FLEXIcontent if content is owned BY each user

simply make your users do not let user publish the content and the content will be listable and viewable only by the user that created it.

Of course this will generate a message in item view:
"Content unpublished, but you can view item because you can edit it"

-- but you can create a Joomla language override for this message

... I understand that it maybe be better (to use instead of unpublished state), published item with a single non viewable access level "Personal" which will be given to none user group, maybe
