it seems that this is happening:

1. you are using 3rd party plugin that was loading jQuery

2. this plugin is doing this:
$j = jQuery;
(which was probably placed inside the jquery.js file of the plugin)

but because jQuery loading is not done by jQuery, this line is no longer executed

i have tried to disable all the plugins one by one

and i found that
nonumber framework is the cause
and i don't need it

site is on new server, old dedicated server had trouble too often lately

new domain is temporary (via a 302 temporary redirect),
soon DNS records for flexicontent.org will be updated
