I tried to uninstall flexicontent to have clear instalation for this changes, so i deleted all records from database which have name flexicontent and i have this error massage:Upozornění

but, you get this error where ?
e.g.
- in backend Joomla Dashboard ?
- when opening Joomla extension manager ?

(i guess you get it as a system message in all backend pages?)

1. in general you if you hacked a CORE file, you reinstall without uninstalling

2. also to uninstall FLEXIcontent you select the component and not individual plugins/modules

3. Try this:
logout/login
re-install FLEXIcontent COMPONENT and uninstall it
logout/login
(now if you want ) re-install FLEXIcontent

reason for this error is that you uninstalled SH404SEF component

but you have NOT uninstalled SH404SEF plugins

and these plugins try to load the component parameters of SH404SEF component

-- goto extension manager
-- search for "404"
-- uninstall remaing SH404SEF plugins
