Hi,

Is it possible to move in one time 107 article from one template to another one?

When I migrate my joomla articles have been into blog(1) template by default. So I would like to use "presentation" template instead.

Is it possible to do it in one go or do you have to go one by one and change it manualy? Or do I go by BDD?

Thansk in advance for your answer and your idea.

Greg

need to do it by mysql ..

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

if you have not set the template inside each item (we discourage this)
then you can go to Content Type of these items e.g. content type is 'car' and set a different template

if you have set the template inside each item, then you have to edit every item

Regards

Thanks ggppdk,I had tried to add authorized template to content type but I haven't think to add onl one to change it.

I just try to select only one "presentation" but nothing change, they stay with the old template which is not in the list.

During migration progress, it look like another name of template was create "blog[1]"

In the list of template I have "blog", but not "blog[1]" which is weird :o

Any other suggestion?
Thanks again for the time you spend on my case.

Hello

this is the wrong parameter,
the "allowed" or "authorized" templates is NOT template for the content type (please read popup description, it what it say "Allowed/Permitted" not the default) this parameter limit the overriding of template to only the selected templates

-- the template for the content type is at bottom right, (the last parameter)

Also in what you about blog and blog[1]
(scroll at bottom of the page to read explanation [1])

[1] Not Set. Using template defined by item's TYPE.

So if you see items that have a template name WITHOUT [1] , it means that they have overridden the template configured at Content Type, you should avoid doing this unless you need to
