Hi,

I am not sure this is related to the template! During these past few days, I have made several tests and even change our website template at several occasions, trying templates from different providers such as JoomShaper, GavickPro, Rockettheme and Yootheme but all giving the same result, only when using the default Joomla template, the drop-down shows correctly (without the double options).

I am sending you the admin access through PM and you may see the double drop-down options on this link www.golfmediaplus.com/submit-a-course-standard.html live on our website.

Thanks,

Hi,

I know you should be quite busy with all these support inquiries, but, were you able to have a look at this issue? Or, should I still disable the 'select2' option?

I would rather not disable the 'select2' option as the default select box of FC is better designed and structured than the one generated by Joomla? Is there anyway to solve this issue so that we can use the default select box of FC please?

Hi,

I did not wanted to launch a new website with some 'strange' error or issue, I made a fresh installation of Joomla and restart to install each extension one by one, FC being the first extension followed by others.

I was able to find out that this issue was caused by the combination of two other extensions, namely HikaShop and JLike! Don't really know which one was first loading the conflicting script but now I only have HikaShop installed and FC is working just fine, if I install JLike then conflict is back again :-(

Anyway, the most important part is that I was able to sort this out and just need to think what to do with JLike now.
