New Button Item front end

Hello friends,
How can I add a button to create a new element to the front end for registered users?, it's possible?
Because as you can see in the picture only shows the button to edit an element already created above from the back end.

"add new content"
-- will appear in category
a. if your user has create privilege on current category
b. and if "add new button" parameter is enable in component settings (content lists TAB)
(in categories just set this to "Use Global")

remember:

1. configure the CREATE privelege of your top-level categories to say which user group can CREATE items in a category and its subcategories, (only IF really needed modify CREATE privelege in subcategories)

2. go to content Types and configure ACL , which user groups can create them, some content types may be restricted to Administrator

about the button see below, set in component and in most categories would need to just leave it being "Use global"

i forgot to say,
configure CREATE privelege of all your user groups in Component Settings (permissions TAB)

-- and then modify only the top-level categories that have a diffent behaviour
so do not set the CREATE privelege of the categories if it is the same VALUE as the one that have set in the component settings
instead let your top-level categories inherit from components settings
