Remove id from url was created by jrodgar

Ok, I have for example, this two urls

http://localhost/joomla/index.php/component/flexicontent/8-news

http://localhost/joomla/index.php/site_content/9-gallery/16-sample-16

How can I remove the ids/numbers?

Unless otherwise indicated:
Joomla 3.8.1
Flexicontent 3.2.1.7

yes please take time to read the FAQ articles, they will be useful to have a better understanding of -why- and -how-

-- our SEF urls are intuitive,

while maintaining compatibility with existing FLEXIcontent installation, with bookmarked urls,
with existing google indexes, and

while working within the limits posed by Joomla

surely maybe some things can be improved, if you have a suggestion that includes implementation details of how to do it then you may suggest it

if you want to controle better your url use mijosef, acesef or 404sh-sef
