Hi, how can I delete files? There is not delete button anymore...

Hello

you mean in file manager or in files element selection popup (item form) ?

I found the button. It is in the left upper corner. I have a large 27" screen and this position was the last where I was looking for the button... Must be a template issue using Joomla 3.2.
