Image Field remove last value not possibe

Hello I have the problem that I can't remove from the front end with a user registred value of a field as show in the image attached.

[attachment=0:3em40ot7]<!-- ia0 -->remove.png<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:3em40ot7]

When I apply or save & return the image still appears :roll:

How I can do it remove (in this case an image) field show?
